Who is behind Genetti Bistro in Palos Heights, IL?
The Woman Behind the Dream...
Owner, Genet Pamphilis, always had a dream of opening up a local Bistro. Her vision was created after visiting several Bistros in Europe. She enjoyed these local Bistros, and wanted to bring that same European environment to her own town. In 2023 that dream became a reality here in the south suburbs of Palos. Genet has created a Friendly, Relaxing, and Cozy atmosphere inside Genetti Bistro that everyone will enjoy. Check out our

How is the Food so Good?
Genetti Bistro cares about quality, and it shows in, not just our service, but the amazing food! We use FRESH food daily that is homemade, CHEMICAL-FREE and has NO GMO's. We even offer GLUTEN-FREE, ALLERGY-FREE, and VEGAN options for those who desire it. The best part is, aside from being better for you, our food is delicious!
